A Day in the Life…

We wake up without an alarm, with the day and a smile. We clean our teeth. We rub ourselves with essential oils.
We stretch and breathe.

We train.

We mineralize ourselves with our seawater drink. We eat fruit. We garden.

We train.

We drink a vegetable juice. We eat fruit. We deepen our knowledge.
We go to bed with the sun, fatigued and smiling from having had a beautiful day!
We fall asleep while breathing our essential oils.
